Movement Training:

This session will consist of mechanics training in the following types of movement; linear acceleration, maximum velocity mechanics, back pedal, angle back pedal, linear back pedal to linear acceleration (same direction), angled backward run, lateral acceleration, inside/outside edge transitional movements, linear back pedal to lateral acceleration, linear back pedal to angle forward acceleration, linear back pedal to lateral acceleration, linear back pedal to angled back pedal, linear back pedal to angled backward run, swing leg- wedge step mechanics (change in direction greater than 30 degrees), linear acceleration to outside edge angled cuts (0-30 degrees).

Strength Training:

This session will help the individual identify muscular activation patterns that limit their potential capabilities and predispose them to chronic or acute injury. Exercises are selected to support, strengthen and develop power through proximal-to- distal inter and intramuscular coordination patterns.

Session Length: 45 to 60 Minutes

Minimum Number of Sessions: 5

Adult Boot Camp - Group Sessions

Looking to get back (or stay) in shape without sacrificing your body and having to deal with aches and pains from using wrong techniques when lifting weights or bad mechanics when running? K-fit is here to provide you with a complete fitness experience. Not only will this class put you in the best shape you have ever been in but it will also correct imbalances, misalignments and coordination to alleviate or prevent aches and pains from occurring. No matter how great of shape you think you are in, as you get older your body will start to break down and one of the ways to slow that process is to train properly.
